Not only do we send frequent email updates, with digital photos of the progress, but our shop is always open to our clients to come and get an up close and personal view of the progress.

All restoration projects are done in stages based on the amount of restoration the client wants. Before we begin a project, the client must sign an agreement that authorizes our work to be done at an hourly rate. We also request that the client furnish us with proof of insurance. We carry our own insurance but we want to be sure our client's projects are covered in its entirety.
